Prior to entering real estate, Gredys spent over 23 years as a freelance court reporter, working primarily in civil litigation. This background gives her a unique perspective in contract review, documentation accuracy, and the legal and procedural details involved in residential real estate transactions, allowing her to better protect her clients’ interests from contract through closing.
